1. In case of a non-refundable reservation, we require the guest to present the card used as method of payment. If the guest presents a different card, it will be charged the original amount and the initial card used at reservation will be refunded with the full amount. In case of reservations made for third parties please contact our reservations or front desk department.
2. Minimum check-in age is 18 and we require a valid document.
3. For check-in we require a valid document and a credit card. Special wishes can be fulfilled depending on the availability of services and may be subject to extra charges.
4. In case of private parties and conferences our restaurants and bar may be closed. Please contact reception in order to confirm the opening hours.
