LConcept: Bar & Restaurant 13 is an original idea for combining a bar, a restaurant, a wine shop and a deli all in one place. This cozy place, hidden in the cellars of Pasaż 13, offers its guests the best quality of regional products from all over Europe. Our offer includes more than 350 kinds of wine, fifty cheese varieties and dozens of cured meats from different regions. The open kitchen creates a new quality in the world of Cracow gastronomy, allowing our guests to individually consult their order with the Chef. In addition to the menu, we offer a list of delicatessen products ranging from a wide selection of meats, fish and seafood that our chefs can prepare upon request.

LCONCEPT 13
LConcept 13 is an absolutely unique place. In the unique scenery of the historic basement of Krakow building, it found not only the restaurant but also the extraordinary Delikatesy 13 and Vinoteka 13. It is a network of wine shops connected to the bar, restaurant and delicatessen, thus referring to the original concept of Italian aperitivo or Spanish tapas.

CHEF DE CUISINE - PaweŁ Grabowski
He gained his first experience in professional gastronomy in Upper Silesia in restaurants with Mediterranean (La Cantina) and traditional Polish cuisine. The adventure in "Atelier Amaro" and Concept 13 inspired him and in 2015 he decided to leave Poland to improve his skills under the watchful eye of the best chefs. He has worked and interned in Great Britain in the best restaurants that are renowned for their discipline. He started working at Hambleton Hall in Rutland County. He was an intern at The Ledbury, Dinner By Heston Blumenthal. He gained the greatest experience in the legendary The Fat Duck by Heston Blumenthal in Bray near London, where he worked as a cook and confectioner. There he learned how to bring out the depth of flavor and learned about rare premium products, unique products as well as found out why they are worth the highest price. After Great Britain, he moved to Denmark. He worked at two legendary places: Geranium and internship at Noma. In October 2022, he returned to Poland and became a Chef Patron at Restaurant 13 in Pasaż 13 close to Kraków Main Square. The place is located on level -1 in the original six-hundred-year-old interior of medieval Kraków. He practices classic techniques of French cuisine with Polish twists. The most important thing for him is quality and taste. He appreciates delicious combinations, maintaining a simple form of dishes based on premium products such as saffron, caviar, truffles or foie gras.
