All sweets and baked goods are made every day in our own confectionery and bakery completely from scratch, using the highest quality products. For those who are more hungry, we also offer lunch dishes. Chef de Cuisine - Łukasz Szram
It is not without reason that Łukasz Szram became the chef at Grand Łódź. For the last 5 years, he has been building experience under the supervision of Darek Barański at the Hotel Warszawa. He wants to modernize Polish cuisine and seeks perfection in his profession. Attention to every detail and minimalism are leitmotifs of his culinary style. He started his career in Warsaw, working in restaurants such as Butchery and Wine, Nolita and Rozbrat 20.
