Rybki Nove Grill Restaurant is located on the interior terrace on the 5th floor. It delights with an open, modern kitchen and grill, as well as a unique panorama of historic towers and roofs of Krakow tenement houses. Ideal for a late lunch or dinner.

Chef de Cuisine - Michał Droździk
He is a chef by education and vocation, for whom cooking is not just a job, but a true form of art. He improved his skills under the supervision of outstanding chefs: Krzysztof Żurek and Konrad Korszla at the Stary Hotel.
Over the years, he co-created kitchens in renowned restaurants in Poland, gaining comprehensive experience and shaping his own, recognizable style. He specializes in Polish and Asian cuisine, creating dishes that combine harmony of composition with attention to the smallest details and respect for the highest quality products.
He draws inspiration from recognized culinary masters, such as Dariusz Barański (Hotel Warszawa), René Redzepi (Noma) or, in confectionery, Antonio Bachour. He combines his passion for continuous development with travels, during which he discovers new flavors and experiences, which he then introduces into his cuisine.
Michał Droździk creates dishes that delight with both taste and aesthetics - a true culinary experience at the highest level.
