Rybki Nove Restaurant, is located on two floors of the newer part of the Stary Hotel. Large, roomy space creates as much arrangement potential, enriched with the possibility to direct connect with the conference room. This place is not only for a cameral business meeting, but also for big conferences, banquets or weddings. Menu changes according to seasons. Spring and summer is the time for fresh vegetables, asparagus and artichokes while in autumn and winter, game, mushrooms and forest fruits dominate the menu.

Weddings
The Rybki Nove restaurant will prepare a special wedding menu. In a traditional way, a glass of champagne will welcome the newlyweds. The head chef will offer fabulous dishes together with a special selection of wine chosen by the sommelier. The nightlong reception will be accompanied by a buffet full of hot and cold dishes, unconventional snacks and wonderful desserts.

Chef de Cuisine - Daniel Ogonowski
The new head chef of Trzy Rybki restaurant Daniel Ogonowski gained recognition at the beginning of his career as a laureate of prestigious culinary competitions, such as "Young Creator of Culinary Art 2017" and "Polish Cuisine Yesterday and Today". He worked in 5* hotels and the best restaurants in Warsaw. In 2024, he tested his skills under the watchful eye of Darek Barański at Hotel Warszawa. Discovering new versions of Polish cuisine and working with the best products, Daniel turned out to be ready for the role of a leader and took over the position of head chef at Hotel Stary. Now he draws inspiration from travel, which allows him to discover new flavors and techniques he then introduces to his kitchen. In his work, he focuses on minimalism and concentrated flavor, believing that simplicity can extract the essence of ingredients, creating unforgettable culinary experiences. His unique approach and passion for cooking put Daniel among the most promising chefs of modern gastronomy.
