Restaurant 13 invites you to Italian Weekend — a two-day culinary event celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine in its most refined expression. On 24 and 25 April, guests of the restaurant will have the opportunity to experience a special menu created exclusively for the occasion — a subtle story of flavour, seasonality, and the nobility of top-quality ingredients. An original interpretation of Italy’s culinary heritage will be presented by Jakub Salwa, Head Chef of Restaurant 13, and Łukasz Szram, Head Chef of Restauracja Malinowa (Grand Hotel Łódź). The meeting of these two outstanding chefs will become an opportunity to create a menu in which classic Italian tradition meets contemporary sensibility, technical precision, and attention to every detail.
