Located on level 0, the Malinowa Restaurant has the famous two elegant halls of the Grand Hotel. The First Malinowa Hall, a richly decorated ballroom with a balcony for approx. 150 people. Next to it is the intimate Złota Hall, which can accommodate about 50 people. Chef de Cuisine - Łukasz Szram

It is not without reason that Łukasz Szram became the chef at Grand Łódź. For the last 5 years, he has been building experience under the supervision of Darek Barański at the Hotel Warszawa. He wants to modernize Polish cuisine and seeks perfection in his profession. Attention to every detail and minimalism are leitmotifs of his culinary style. He started his career in Warsaw, working in restaurants such as Butchery and Wine, Nolita and Rozbrat 20.
